Cllr. Jacob Taylor Visits Brighton ETP
Brighton Extra Time Project (ETP) was thrilled to welcome Councillor Jacob Taylor for a special visit, where he got to know both staff and students. It was a great chance for the ETP students to show off their hard work and enthusiasm, while Cllr. Taylor got to see firsthand the positive and supportive learning environment at Brighton ETP.
One of the highlights of his visit was meeting Buster, Brighton ETP’s much-loved Therapy Dog. Buster is a big part of the ETP community, providing comfort and support to students throughout the day. Cllr. Taylor was really impressed by how much the pupils connected with Buster and how he helps create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
He also enjoyed seeing how engaged and enthusiastic the students were in their lessons. Teachers shared some of the school’s creative teaching methods, showing how every student is encouraged to reach their full potential.
Cllr. Taylor’s visit was a fantastic experience for everyone. It highlighted the importance of strong community connections, and students are already looking forward to his next visit
