Raising awareness around knife crime and youth violence

The Russell Martin Foundation is proud to stand alongside organisations across the UK in raising awareness around knife crime and youth violence, supporting the important work of The Ben Kinsella Trust.

At RMF, we believe every young person deserves to feel safe, supported, and heard. Through our projects and mentoring work, we aim to create positive opportunities for young people, helping them build confidence, resilience, and strong support networks within their communities.

Knife crime continues to affect too many young lives and families across the country. By supporting awareness initiatives and encouraging open conversations, we hope to help educate young people on the consequences of violence while promoting safer choices and positive futures.

Throughout the week, RMF staff and students will be engaging in discussions and activities focused on awareness, wellbeing, and community support. We encourage everyone to learn more about the incredible work being done by the Ben Kinsella Trust and the resources available for young people, parents, teachers, and practitioners.

Together, we can continue to create safer communities and give young people the support they need to thrive.
