RMF Shortlisted for Best Football Community Scheme - Non-Premier League 2024

We are thrilled to announce that RMF has been shortlisted for the Best Football Community Scheme - Non-Premier League 2024 award. This recognition highlights our commitment to serving the Sussex community through football, education and health. RMF CEO Alan Sanders said, "I am so pleased that this charity is getting national recognition for the work we do to support the Sussex community and for a second year in a row. This would not be possible without dedicated staff and the partnerships we've developed with so many local organisations."

RMF has always aimed to make a positive impact on young people's lives, using the power of football to install values, inspire confidence, and provide opportunities for personal growth. Russell Martin himself reflects on this achievement, saying, "It's incredibly rewarding to see the foundation being acknowledged on a national level. Our journey began with a simple vision to make a difference in our community through football, and to see that vision thriving not only on the football pitch but in our educational side as well is amazing."

As we wait for the award results on May 24th 2024, we want to thank everyone who's been part of our journey – our amazing staff, our important partners, and our supporters. Together, we'll keep working towards our goal of making Sussex brighter through football and more.
