Russell Martin Strides into the History Books at Southampton FC

RMF Founder Russell Martin, recently led Southampton to a historic victory, breaking a 103-year-old club record. Southampton secured a 3-1 win against Swansea in January, extending their unbeaten streak to an impressive 21 games and propelling them into second place in the Championship.

Russell Martin expressed his gratitude to the players, acknowledging their courage and commitment that contributed to this historic achievement. "I'm immensely proud," said Martin,

"It's taken a lot of hard work, and they've really stepped up. They've written themselves into the history books - and let's keep it going," Martin exclaimed, highlighting the team's dedication to maintaining their impressive form.

Southampton's unbeaten run now stands as the club's best in all competitions since joining the Football League in 1920, surpassing previous records. However, Martin remains focused on the ultimate goal of securing promotion to the Premier League.

Martin emphasised the importance of continuing their pursuit of success.

"The record will have more significance, importance, and standing if we achieve what we want at the end of the season,"

RMF extends its congratulations to Russell and the entire Southampton team on this historic accomplishment.
