In a rare opportunity, the Worthing Extra Time Project students recently had a chance to sit down and chat with the Madam Mayor of Worthing. The meeting took place in the council chamber, where the students were able to learn all about the rich history of the building, as well as the inner workings of a typical council meeting.

The Madam Mayor provided an informative and engaging presentation to the group, sharing her insights on the various roles and responsibilities of local government officials.
